    Bad costumer service

    About 12 days ago, I received my order, which was the Total War Pump, but unfortunately all the powder inside the container had completely clumped together and was not usable at all. I contacted your support team via email and also sent photos of the product showing the clumps inside. In your reply, you mentioned that you would either refund my payment or resend the same product. However, it has now been 11 days since then and I haven’t received any response, and no one has followed up on this matter.
