As a dietary supplement mix 1 level scoop (1 serve) with 8 - 16 fluid ounces of icy cold water. Keyz can be consumed before training, during training, post training and between meals to support recovery and fuel physical performance. On on-workout days consume 1 scoop in the morning, noon or night.

Good stuff
Whoever says AAs dont work is full of it. I ran out of my previous BCAA supp and didn't take for a few days, debilitating doms.. Did some research and it seems its best to take BCAAs with all the Essential AAs so gave this a crack. Tigers Blood tastes good, I'm trying not to desensitise to the caffeine in my preworkout so I take this on most days, keeps me energised and hydrated and seems to help recovery on rest days (which I rarely need now). Try it!

Overall, Pretty Awesome stuff
This stuff works wonders! Recoveries are much faster then any other BCAA’s I’ve tried! It tastes pretty damn good too! I personally like Tigers Blood, the candy one I wasn’t a massive fan of!
