Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s)

BCAA’s are 3 specific amino acids that help support muscle protein synthesis. Supplementing specifically with 2500mg or more Leucine, alongside Iso-Leucine and Valine in a 2:1:1 ratio has been shown to both reduce fatigue during exercise and muscle soreness post-exercise as well.
