BCAA’s (Leucine - 3.5g) 2:1:1

BCAA’s are 3 of the 4 major building blocks of muscle tissue, with L-Leucine being recognised as the primary signalling amino acid or the even simpler, the most anabolic. By stimulating mTor, dosages of more than 2.5g of Leucine is required to signal a muscle repair or growth response, of which has been shown to improve performance, reduce the delayed onset of muscle fatigue and may also reduce the risk of muscle loss during times of stress, such as heavy training or someone dieting in a calorie deficit.

L-Glutamine

L-Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid and is the 4th major amino acid recognised as a building block for muscle, as well as having a primary role in the support of immune function and gut health. Supplementing with L-Glutamine may reduce muscle loss, improve immunity and enhance the integrity of your gut health.

L-Citrulline

Once consumed, oral L-Citrulline is converted into Arginine and has been shown to increase Arginine levels greater than Arginine supplementation itself. Supplementing with L-Citrulline may enhance performance and blood flow, and works in synergy with the other amino acids in Hydro BCAA to enhance performance.

Electrolyte Blend (Sodium/Calcium/Potassium/Magnesium)
