Only the Cola and Caffeine flavours of Hydro Tablet by Science in Sport have caffeine added, the rest are free from added caffeine.

Warning: Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

Add 1 tablet of Hydro Tablet by Science in Sport to 500ml of water and allow to dissolve. Once mixed, consume within 24 hours. Do not consume more than 4 tablets per day. For sports, consume 500mL of Hydro Tablet by Science in Sport 3-4 hours prior to the event. Drink a further 250-500mL in the hours before starting. During shorter length exercises where carbohydrate intake is not vital, consume 500mL of Hydro Tablet by Science in Sport per hour.
