Utilising a clinical 5g dosage of Creatine Monohydrate, which is undeniably the most efficacious version of Creatine still available, Creatine Freak comes with an additional ActiGin Patent-Pending support matrix as well as added Astragin Absorption support to ensure maximum performance is achieved.

Supplementing with Creatine Monohydrate has been shown to increase intramuscular Phosphocreatine levels, which helps support the regeneration of ATP (the bodies fuel source for energy) and has been shown to increase strength, power and performance within 2 weeks of supplementation.

With additional ActiGin and AstraGin, Creatine Freak also offers a supportive performance matrix designed to enhance absorption and works synergistically with Creatine to support cellular energy and increase performance.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (5 grams) in 175 - 235ml of water or juice and consume immediately. On workout days, consume immediately after exercise. For optimal results use for a minimum of 4 weeks. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily when supplementing with creatine.

Loading Phase - Take 4 scoops daily for 5 - 7 days. Take 1 scoop with breakfast, lunch & dinner and after your workout or before bed.

Maintenance Phase - Take 1 scoop daily. On workout days, consume immediately after exercise.
