How often should I consume Glaxon Astrolyte™ Hydrating Electrolytes?

You shouldn’t exceed two servings (2 scoops) per day. Mix one scoop (1 serving) with up to 16oz (~500mL) of water or beverage. It will vary the amount of liquid to taste. Consume daily at any time desired. For training: consume 15-30 minutes before exercise. Half servings (½ scoop) may be taken in intervals. Enjoy it with nice cold water for a refreshing drink.
