Essentially, Glutamine is used as energy preserving the architecture of the muscle tissue and preventing the skeletal muscle being broken down for energy. When combined with carbohydrates Glutamine may help reduce markers of muscle fatigue.

Consume 3-5g of GLUTAMINE per day. It is best consumed before and after exercise. If under considerable stress (physical or emotional) consider supplementing with Glutamine daily to support general health and immunity.

Gut health definitely improved
I feel that my guy health has improved tremendously since starting to take Glutamine. My stomach used to be bloated and inflamed all the time despite eating clean and healthy.
