    Best Supplement for gut issues

    This might taste gross but toughen up, its so good for you! It helps tummy bloating and pain by killing off the bad bacteria in your gut. I mix it with another flavoured supplement to make it more palatable. If you have tummy issues, try the 10-day Gutright challenge - by eating a modified diet - it's super strict but you won't go hungry if you're prepared.
