About Maple Movement

Maple Movement is an Australian sports nutrition brand founded by a professional triathlete. He was tired of gels that upset his stomach mid-race, so he started fuelling with maple. That idea became Sap Energy Gel: a natural energy gel made predominantly from organic maple syrup, with no maltodextrin, thickeners or preservatives. Maple Movement gels are used by runners, cyclists, triathletes and HYROX athletes across Australia and New Zealand. They're runny rather than gluey, so they're easy to take on the move.

Sap Energy Gel is available as a single gel to try, or in a box of 12 for training and race day.

How to Use Maple Movement Gels

Take one gel before or during exercise. For sessions over an hour, Maple Movement suggests 1–3 gels per hour, depending on intensity and how much you can tolerate. Practise your fuelling in training before you rely on it on race day.
