    A good zinc magnesium combo

    I find this is one of those supps where I don’t necessarily feel better when I take it but I definitely feel worse when I stop.

    Worst supplement I’ve taken

    Took 2 before bed and woke up with a feeling of a hole being burnt in my stomach. Had trouble falling back asleep. Hoping I can return it.
