Each dose of Magnesium Chewable contains 150mg of elemental magnesium. Each chewable tablet contains 90mg of magnesium citrate and 60mg of magnesium amino acid chelate. This type of magnesium helps to support general health and wellbeing.

Magnesium chelate is known for being very gentle on the stomach. This form of magnesium helps to support muscle health and function and helps to prevent muscle cramps. Adults can chew one tablet twice daily, with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Each bottle of Magnesium Chewable contains one month's supply of magnesium. The chewable tablets come in a raspberry flavour, making them delicious and easy to have.
