    Fantastic!

    I suffer from occasional atrial fibrillation and hated taking prescription medication. After researching, I found magnesium helps with this along with many other benefits. Gave it a try and after a few weeks noticed greatly reduced to no attacks taking this supplement, at least it works for me. The spectrum of magnesiums in this product have excellent bioavailability and quickly absorbed without any gut issues or any other side effects. I take it before bed as it also improves sleep.
