    Good product but very strong flavor

    The product definitely helped me wind down and get to sleep each night. My only real complaint is the taste. The flavour is extremely strong and sweet, and at the recommended serving size it would need well over a litre of water to make it pleasant to drink.

    I ended up mixing it with just a small amount of water and taking it like a shot instead. It works just as well that way, but it's definitely not an enjoyable experience haha
