Tasty AF
I usually use a casein protein shake before bed but for something different I thought I would try the custard. Super delicious and sooo filling. I bought the vanilla which is yummy on its own but I add blueberries and strawberries which is low cal but stops me craving high cal snacks at night. Recommend!
