Take 5 grams (1 scoop) before and 5 grams immediately after training. Can also be taken before bed to aid muscle recovery and growth while you sleep. Can be taken straight or mixed with a sports drink, juice or added to your protein shakes.

i use this and max's x8 creatine before and after workouts to help with recovery and endurance working out 6 days a week every muscle group twice with one day off it works amazing and have noticed significant improvements to endurance and energy levels. Also great bang for your buck as it comes with alot of serves per unit.
(it doesnt taste the best but i reccomend putting serving on spoon straight to mouth and washing down with water, not mixing with protein shakes etc and its fine)
