Not too bad
The Chocolate is better than the Vanilla. They’re mot sweet, so perfect if you don’t like something sweet. Nice mixed with yoghurt as a pudding.

Terrible
Recommended this product from staff when my usual supplement was out of stock. Texture scooping felt like I was scooping up sand. Tried one shake first with milk, was super thick/gluggy, and powder did not absorb. Tried again with water, slightly less thick/gluggy, but still not drinkable. Poured both down the sink. Taste would have been nice if it didn’t seem like I had a mouth full of sand. 2 scoops down the sink, the rest will be going in the bin.

Slow release Protein
I think it is a great product. I have lost some weight and my sleep has improved.
I'm just back at the gym after a few years off and I'm certain that this product has helped with my recovery which is helping as I move forward. Also it tasts great.
