350ml unsweetened almond milk (Can substitute with light milk for a creamier consistency)
30g chocolate fudge R1 Whey Blend (can choose another flavour for your taste)
5g unsweetened cocoa powder
3g fat free chocolate pudding mix
15g zero calorie sweetener
STEP 1
In a blender or shaker, combine all ingredients: almond milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, pudding mix, and sweetener. Blend or shake until smooth
STEP 2
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze for 24 hours
STEP 3
Remove the pint from the freezer, let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.
STEP 4
Install the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the “Lite Ice Cream” or “Protein Ice Cream” setting (depending on your model).
STEP 5
Respin if needed, adding 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk as requried. Enjoy!
