Wondered what it's like to be 5 x Australia's Fittest Woman? We spoke to Kara Saunders on her daily life, what it's like to train for the CrossFit games while pregnant (and then how to train with a 2 year old!) plus more. 

 

Training during pregnancy and post-partum:

Unfortunately the scientific research on pregnancy in relation to supplements is slim, due to the nature of using women as subjects.
