Base and Crumble
40g Oat flour
40g bRaw Vanilla Protein Powder
40g Almond meal
30g Coconut butter
20ml Almond milk
30g Natural sweetener
Pinch salt
Berry Layer
150g Frozen raspberries, defrosted
1Tbsp Natural sweetener
1Tsp Lemon juice
2Tsp Cornflour
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180C
STEP 2
Combine base ingredients until a crumble forms
STEP 3
Press 2/3 of the crumble into a silicon tin and bake for 7-8 minutes
STEP 4
Squeeze raspberries dry of liquid using a cloth before adding the rest of the berry layer ingredients. Combine well until corn flour has dissolved
STEP 5
Spread berry layer over base layer
STEP 6
Sprinkle remaining base/crumble layer on top and bake for 10 minutes
