Perfect for your Australia Day BBQ, make a few batches of these lower carb, high protein lamingtons to share with your family and friends. It's a sweet treat that won't break the macro bank.

Using the Vanilla Ice Cream 100% Lean Whey by Genetix Nutrition plus Chocolate Flavoured Dip by Walden Farms you'll have a low-sugar protein snack that might just be a regular feature in your meal prep!

30g 100% Lean Whey by Genetix Nutrition (Vanilla Ice Cream)

60ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

1.5 tablespoons Coconut Oil

1 Large Egg

2.5 tablespoons Coconut Flour

2 tablespoons Almond Meal

1 teaspoon Bicarb Soda

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Desired amount Flavoured Dip by Walden Farms (Chocolate)

For coating Desiccated Coconut

STEP 1

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (celsius)

STEP 2

Combine the sponge ingredients, mixing well in a medium bowl

STEP 3

Bake for 10-12 minutes

STEP 4

Remove from oven and let cool for approximately 10 minutes

STEP 5

Once the sponge has cooled, coat with the Chocolate Flavoured Dip by Walden Farms

STEP 6

Roll through the desiccated coconut

STEP 7

Allow to set in fridge before serving

STEP 8

Enjoy this protein treat on Australia day!
