30g 100% Lean Whey by Genetix Nutrition (Vanilla Ice Cream)
60ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
1.5 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 Large Egg
2.5 tablespoons Coconut Flour
2 tablespoons Almond Meal
1 teaspoon Bicarb Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Desired amount Flavoured Dip by Walden Farms (Chocolate)
For coating Desiccated Coconut
STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (celsius)
STEP 2
Combine the sponge ingredients, mixing well in a medium bowl
STEP 3
Bake for 10-12 minutes
STEP 4
Remove from oven and let cool for approximately 10 minutes
STEP 5
Once the sponge has cooled, coat with the Chocolate Flavoured Dip by Walden Farms
STEP 6
Roll through the desiccated coconut
STEP 7
Allow to set in fridge before serving
