30g bRaw Salted Caramel Protein Powder
30g Powdered Peanut Butter
30g Coconut Flour
30g Natural Sweetner
120ml Almond Milk
Layer 2
30g bRaw Chocolate Protein Powder
30g Cocoa Powder
60g Coconut Flour
30g Natural Sweetner
60g Apple Sauce
150ml Almond Milk
STEP 1
Combine layer 1 ingredients until a dough forms.
STEP 2
Press dough into silicon tray and freeze whilst making layer 2
STEP 3
Combine layer 2 ingredients and spread on top of layer 1
STEP 4
Place in freezer for 10-15 min to set
STEP 5
Remove from freezer and enjoy
