Gluten-free, Dairy-Free and packet full of antioxidants, here's a delightful Raw Chocolate recipe you can use over and over!

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp Maca Powder
1/4 Cup Macadamia Nuts, Chopped
1/3 Cup Goji Berries
Coconut flakes or wholesome seeds to garnish
You'll also need a Chocolate Mould
STEP 1
Melt the coconut oil and maple syrup in a small saucepan over low heat. When combined, set aside.
STEP 2
Using a medium bowl, combine the cacao and maca powders.
STEP 3
Add into the bowl the crushed macadamias and goji berries. Mix until combined.
STEP 4
Pour in the coconut oil and maple syrup mixture, whisking until combined well and smooth.
STEP 5
Pour into your choice of Chocolate Mould or mini muffin cups. Fill to 3/4.
STEP 6
Sprinkle coconut flakes or wholesome seeds over the top of each chocolate.
STEP 7
Place the mould onto a plate and into the fridge for an hour to set.
STEP 8
Remove from Fridge, place into an airtight container and restore in the fridge.
STEP 9
Substitute Macadamias for Almonds or any of your favourite seeds or nuts
