A twist on the USA PB&J sandwich, this bowl of oats is absolutely delicious, and packed with the macros to fuel your morning. This bowl would also be an ideal pre-workout, providing you with energy from the carbohydrate and fat content. You can add more protein to this bowl with a scoop of whey, vanilla would work well here.

Ingredients
Easy
Difficulty
50g Oats
50g Frozen Raspberries
1 Pot No Added Sugar Raspberry Jelly (Jam)
25g Crunchy Peanut Butter
STEP 1
Add oats to pan, with water to encourage preferred oats consistency (I just cover the oats with water, this makes thick, creamy oats). Simmer oats on stove, stirring, until fully cooked and beautifully creamy.
STEP 2
Turn off stove and add the raspberries to the pan. Stir to encourage fruit to defrost in the warm oats. Remove oats and raspberries from the pan, to a bowl.
STEP 3
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, stir, and enjoy!
STEP 4
The oats can be made in the microwave to save time, but for creamier oats, always opt for stove.
