There are so many smoothie options available over the internet, so I thought I’d provide you with something a little different. Soft tofu, when blended fully, provides a texture similar to that of a Greek yogurt. With its creamy consistency, it provides a suitable ingredient for a smoothie. This smoothie can be enjoyed by anyone. If you have more carbohydrates to play with, adding in banana for an extra 27g carbs would make a tasty addition to this drink. Recipe suitable for Vegans.

120ml Vanilla Soy Milk
1/2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
50g Frozen Berries
Small Handful Spinach
1/2 Cup Ice
