Mini Protein Donuts

Reading time - 1 mins

Delicious fluffy high protein, low fat mini donuts made with pumpkin, whey and oats. This recipe is also interchangeable in cupcake tins and cooks well with virtually all protein powders but is best suited to protein blends with whey and casein protein sources. For a lower calorie option, use walden farms calorie free maple syrup, cinnamon powder and stevia sugar to reduce the fat content by over 50%.
