Rise and shine! These irresistible vegan protein pancakes will have you jumping out of bed every morning for the most delicious dose of nutrition possible. Just because you're a plant-based eater, doesn't mean you have to live off carrots and celery sticks.
In each scoop of Ultimate Plant Protein by b Raw, you'll find the perfect protein blend plus ancient grains, super greens and digestive enzymes. Though it makes the ideal addition to any healthy plant-based recipe, the Ultimate Plant Protein by b Raw also tastes divine on it's own mixed with water or your choice of plant milk!
This recipe makes 3-4 pancakes and if you want to make them nice and fluffy, we suggest adding the optional coconut oil to the batter.

1 scoop Ultimate Plant Protein by b Raw (flavour of choice)
100g Self raising flour
150ml Unsweetened almond milk
30g Granulated sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
10g Melted coconut oil (optional)
STEP 1
Bring all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until smooth. More milk = thinner pancakes!
STEP 2
Grease your pan with desired amount of coconut oil and then spoon your batter onto the pan
STEP 3
Using medium-low heat, cook with the lid on until you see the pancakes bubble (This should take approx. 2-3 min)

Flip and cook for another minute

Before serving, allow to cool slightly

Store in fridge for 1-2 days in an airtight container. Alternatively, it will keep in the freezer for 2-3 months. Make sure the mixture is cool before placing in the fridge or freezer!
