3 Cups of Oats
1 ½ cups of Unsweetened (Vanilla) Almond Milk
1 Scoop of Syntha-6 Ultra Premium (vanilla flavour)
3 Whole Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Honey
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
PREPPING OPTIONS
1/2 Cup of Berry Fruit
1/2 Cup of Bananas
Maple Syrup & Sliced Almonds to Taste
STEP 1
Preheat a waffle iron and lightly coat it with a nonstick spray
STEP 2
Place oats, almond milk, eggs, honey, vanilla, and baking powder in a blender and blend until smooth
STEP 3
Pour ½ cup (more or less depending on your waffle iron) onto the waffle iron and cook until the waffle iron turns off. Repeat until all the batter is finished
STEP 4
To meal prep: Divide waffles evenly into 4 meal prep containers. Add ¼ cup of berries, bananas into each container, along with maple syrup and sliced almonds.
