Delicious high protein, low calorie choc peanut butter balls ready to eat without cooking. For best results, refrigerate prior to consuming and dust with PB2 for added peanut buttery goodness. For higher calories, use natural peanut butter.Â

100g Giant Sports Delicious Whey
80g Rolled / Quick Oats
30g Kraft 25% Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
100ml Liddels UHT long life skim milk
30g Beechworth Honey
PB2 (to sprinkle)
STEP 1
Place oats in a blender/food processor until a fine powder is created.
STEP 2
Add all ingredients minus the honey to a bowl and mix until a smooth paste consistency is formed.
STEP 3
Add honey and fold through the mixture without over blending.
STEP 4
Roll ingredients into a small ball, approximately 25g in weight.
STEP 5
Sprinkle PB2 onto a flat surface and roll each ball until a light coating encompasses the entire surface.
STEP 6
Refrigerate
