Who doesn’t like an excuse to have chocolate first thing? Combine chocolate and pancakes and you’ll have every person’s dream breakfast! These really are yummy. You could always add a little Greek Yogurt or low fat cottage cheese to the side to boost up your protein if needed.

2 Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein
1 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Eggs
4 Scoops Oat Flour
Coconut Oil (For Frying)
Calorie Free Chocolate Sauce (Walden Farms)
STEP 1
Heat oil/spray on frying pan on high heat.
STEP 2
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and beat well.
STEP 3
Lower heat to medium, and pour contents into pan, approximately 60ml per pancake.
STEP 4
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until each side turns a light brown in colour, resembling pancake consistency and shape.
STEP 5
Serve on a plate, and top with calorie free chocolate sauce.
