Power snack alert! At 80 calories per serve, these balls are protein and fibre packed which helps keep you fuller for longer, assists in stabilising blood sugars and is part of a healthy balanced diet. You need 6 ingredients and a spare 10 minutes but beware they are simply irresistible.Â

3 tbs Peanut Butter
1 cup Dates
1 cup Oats
80g (2 servings) Protein Powder (I used Prana ON Chocolate)
1/4 cup Cacao Powder
3 tbs Rice Bran Oil or Coconut Oil
STEP 1
If using dried dates, soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes and drain excess water.
STEP 2
In a food processor add all ingredients and process until combined.
STEP 3
Roll mixture into 28 balls and put into the fridge to set.
STEP 4
