One of the most delicious overnight oat cups EVER! If you love chocolate and banana, then you will love these overnight oats with chocolate AND banana. They aren’t for the faint-hearted calorie wise, but the flavour is amazing and the nutrients are PACKED! Swap out the honey for Walden Farms Maple for lower carbs and PB2 for lower fats.

50g Uncle Tobys Rolled Oats
200ml So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk
15g Chia Seeds
2ml Imitation Vanilla Essence
30g Sanitarium Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
30g Nestle Baking Cocoa Powder
20g Beechworth Honey
50g Cavendish Banana
25g Cadbury Baking Bits (choc chips)
STEP 1
Mix together all ingredients in a suitable sized bowl.
STEP 2
Spoon into a glass jar and sprinkle chocolate chips on top then cover with a seal tight lid or tightly wrapped glad wrap.
STEP 3
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before eating.
