1/2 Cup of butter
1 Cup of white chocolate
1/2 Cup of brown sugar
1/2 Cup of water
2 Large eggs
1 1/4 Cup of plain flour
1 1/2 Tbs of baking powder
2 Scoops of Body Science Low Carb Mousse Protein Caramel Hokey Pokey
120 ml of water
Honeycomb pieces
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 180c. In a saucepan, add butter, white chocolate, sugar and water. Heat until a smooth mixture is formed. Set aside.
STEP 2
Add eggs to the mixture and whisk until combined.
STEP 3
Sift in flour and baking powder and fold until combined.
STEP 4
Divide into 12 cupcake liners and bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and cool.
STEP 5
In a bowl, add Mousse. Add water gradually and mix thoroughly until you get a thick consistency.
STEP 6
Spoon into a piping bag and top each cupcake, add a honeycomb piece if desired. Enjoy!
