I was first a fan on the sport, and because of that I wanted to learn martial arts myself, and like anything once you find something your good at, you take a liking to it.
I hate losing, I hate losing at anything.
The most important thing in my sport and life, is hard work, work hard at anything and something good will come from it.
As I’ve gotten older I’ve realised the importance of listening to your body, I plan my training sessions around how my body feels, because I have to cover so many areas, I have to be smart in my approach.
Eat raw plant based products, and pasture raised meats.
