Directions

Let me preface this with, I had ADHD, and that's a good possibility why this did nothing for me.
Tastes good, although it settles very quickly, and if you don't reshake before every sip, you get the power of the lemon *** with sourness.
Then to top it off, I found no difference in my energy, chaoticness, alertness, strength. Which also meant I didn't suffer a crash from it either.
Couldn't personally rate it lower, simply because I recognise that it might just be me, and at least it tastes good.
