Nutrition Warehouse x Nexus Sports Nutrition March 2024 Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Nexus Sports Nutrition March 2024 Giveaway (hereafter referred to as "the Giveaway") is open to all customers who make a purchase of $99 or more (excluding taxes and shipping fees) on Nexus Sports Nutrition products at Nutrition Warehouse stores or online at www.nutritionwarehouse.com.au between March 1st, 2024, and March 31st, 2024 (hereafter referred to as "the Promotion Period").

Entry Requirements: To qualify for entry into the Giveaway, customers must spend a minimum of $99 in a single transaction on Nexus Sports Nutrition products at Nutrition Warehouse during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying purchase will entitle the customer to receive two (2) free RTDs of Nexus Sports Nutrition products and one (1) loaded shaker containing two assorted samples.

Entry to Win Segway Electric Scooter: In addition to the aforementioned items, each qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period will automatically earn the customer one (1) entry into the Giveaway to win a Segway electric scooter valued at $1699. The winner of the Segway electric scooter will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will take place April 2nd, 2024, at Nutrition Warehouse 20 Kohl Street, Upper Coomera, QLD, Australia.

Prize Details: The Segway electric scooter prize is valued at $1699. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. Nutrition Warehouse reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Notification of Winners: The winner of the Segway electric scooter will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of the prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, Nutrition Warehouse reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Nexus Sports Nutrition and Nutrition Warehouse to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Terms: Nexus Sports Nutrition and Nutrition Warehouse reserve/s the right to amend or cancel the Giveaway or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
