What Is Your Price Matching Policy?

Nutrition Warehouse already offers very competitive prices for all of our products. We do not price match competitor website prices or promotions. But if you feel we are too expensive with certain products, please contact us and we will investigate to see if we can match the competition. Please note that we cannot price match items that are on sale on other websites.

Are The Website Prices The Same As The Stores And The Catalog?

All online offers and prices are valid for online purchases only, and may be different from those in our retail stores.

What are Specials And Clearance items?

Special and clearance items may contain short dated stock or items that are being discountinued. We do not accept returns for specials and clearance items unless the product is damaged or if we've sent the wrong item.

How Do Coupon Codes Work?

At times Nutrition Warehouse run special offers using coupon codes. Only one coupon code can be used per purchase. To use a coupon, enter the code on the checkout page during checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS when I make an order?

You'll receive an initial confirmation email when your order has been submitted. Once your payment clears and dispatch information is available, we'll email you an order tracking number.

WHEN will my bodybuilding supplements arrive?

Most customers receive their bodybuilding supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:

  • You order before 3pm (AEST) Monday - Friday
  • You use a payment method with instant clearance, like Paypal or credit card
  • Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
  • You are not in a remote location

Please note parcels going via Australia Post (NT, PO Box, Defence Addresses) may take longer than 1-3 business days.

If your order weighs more than 5kg or is bulky. Heavy or bulky orders are sent by road. You can use your order tracking number to get an estimate of delivery times to your address by road freight.If you have used an alternate payment method: Direct debit, eCheque and other payment methods may take some time to clear. To get your bodybuilding supplements in time for tomorrow's gym session, use Paypal or a credit card. By entering custom delivery instruction on checkout you are taking all responsibly for loss or damage of your order. Nutrition Warehouse will not be liable for any loss that may occur.

HOW MUCH does delivery cost to my address?

Delivery anywhere in Australia, for any size order, is a flat rate of $9.95.

Or if your order totals over $150, then you have the option of Free Delivery! (Or a Free Gift)

WHAT HAPPENS if I'm not home when my order comes?

Our couriers do not require a signature to leave a parcel,we recommended that you provide your work address for delivery if you won't be home during business hours. Please ensure you read our terms and conditions before ordering.

WHO delivers my bodybuilding supplements?

We will ship your order with one of three courier services. We choose your courier based on which company will get your order to you the fastest!

WHERE are my bodybuilding supplements right now?

My order has not arrived on time!

Do you offer Postage Insurance?

Postage insurance offered by Nutrition Warehouse covers you for lost or damaged items in transit. If you item is lost or damaged in transit to your listed shipping address we will replace and resend your order as soon as possible. We will require confirmation from the shipping company in question of the status of the order before a replacement will be sent. This is to confirm that your order is not just delayed.

What postage insurance covers:

Lost In Transit:

If you order has not arrived on time and has been confirmed lost by our shipping company then we will replace your order and resend it.


If your order arrives damaged, either by the shipping company or anything related to transit. All we will require is a picture of the damaged item in question and we will replace and resend your order.

Limits Of Insurance:

Only 1 claim per shipping address or customer per year. We reserve the right to cancel or deny your insurance claim at anytime if we feel there was negligence in your (the customer) part or we believe the claim may be fraudulent in anyway.

How to Lodge an Insurance Claim:

All you need to do is email [email protected] or call us on 1300 837 785 and report the lost or damaged item to our customers service representives. We will then investigate the claim and be in-contact with you in the next 24 hours with a resolution. WHY Was I Charged $2.95 or $12.90 For Shipping?

Shipping insurance is an optional charge on checkout valued at $2.95. If your order also includes a shipping fee, then this will be on top of our normal $9.95 shipping charge, so $12.90 in total.

This is optional addon and if you have selected this by mistake we are happy to refund the cost. Just contact our customer service department and request a refund of your shipping insurance.

DO You Ship Internationally?

At this point in time we are unable to ship outside of Australia. This is something we are working on to be able to do in the future and will update all our customers as soon as this changes.
