Add three grams (one and a half level scoop) to 250ml water, juice or chosen beverage and consume twice a day on an empty stomach. For performance results, consume 20 minutes prior to trainig. The product is available at Nutrition Warehouse in a 100 and 300 grams serving size in a natural flavour ideal for mixing and "stacking" and 100 gram size in a delicious Grape flavour.
