Whey Protein Isolate has naturally high levels of Branched Chain Amino acids (BCAA’s) and glutamine, providing your body with muscle toning and building, energy, recovery and repair. Whey Protein Isolate is quickly absorbed for rapid release of amino acids into the bloodstream. Redbak RAPID WPI contains added L-Glutamine to further increase growth, energy and recovery.

Redbak RAPID WPI is best used 2-3 times a day, especially first thing in the morning and immediately after training.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Add 200–250ml of water or skim milk into a Redbak shaker. Add 30g (1 scoop) of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use.
