Pregnancy Multi Vitamin by Microgenics

MICROgenics Pregnancy Multivitamin is for the special times before, during and after pregnancy when nutritional demands on the body are increased. 

This formula contains Folic Acid, 400mcg of which is recommended before conception and during pregnancy to help prevent neural tube defects and contribute towards a normal pregnancy.

Includes B Vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Iron, Calcium, Iodine and Zinc, all of which are important during pregnancy.

Contains Tuna Oil as a source of the omega 3 fatty acid DHA, required for the infant's developing nervous system.   The tuna oil in these capsules have been tested for mercury content.

• d alpha tocopherol (Nat Vit E) 25IU,
• Calcium hydrogen phosphate 130mg,
• Magnesium amino acid chelate 150mg,
• Ferrous fumarate 15.2mg (equiv. Iron 4.82mg),
• Potassium iodide 131mcg (equiv. Iodine 100mcg),
• Zinc gluconate 61.5mg (equiv. Zinc 7.88mg),
• Chromium (as picolinate) 20mcg.

Take two tables daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

MICROgenics Pregnancy Multivitamin - Directions for use:

Over 8,000 IU per day of vitamin A may cause birth defects.  These capsules contain less than 55IU of vitamin A.  Talk to a healthcare professional about all vitamin A containing supplements during pregnancy.

Ideally, take just before meals to assist absorption and help prevent 'reflux' or repeating of the Tuna Oil.
