Do POWERBAR products contain Genetically Modified Ingredients?

Simple carbohydrates (40–45% of total carbohydrates) are in the form of glucose and fructose derived from corn, grapes and pears. Complex carbohydrates (50–55% of total carbohydrates), in the form of maltodextrin, brown rice, and oat bran, offer a longer lasting source of energy. And approximately 15–17% of the calories in POWERBAR PERFORMANCE bars come from a high quality source of protein that aids muscle growth and recovery.

When should I use POWERBAR PERFORMANCE bars?

For best results, eat a POWERBAR PERFORMANCE bar 30–45 minutes before activity along with 8–16 ounces of water or other fluids. This will help you absorb nutrients and maintain hydration. For events that last more than one hour, eat one POWERBAR PERFORMANCE bar for each hour of activity.
