Absolutely, you have hit the nail on the head! More than any other product carbs will help people build more muscle mass than adding any other supplement to their program. I use 40% of my body weight as a minimum post training with an equal amount of Protein e.g. I weigh 100kg and use 40g of carbs with 40g of protein.
