Hi, Yes you may still see results by only taking 2 tablets, it just depends on how your body reacts to the product and how often you are training whilst eating a sensible diet. I would not recommend consuming alcohol while using the product. Alcohol is also going to dramatically slow down your metabolism and have u storing more fat.
