The carbohydrate base found in Musashi Elevator was selected following results of studies on the optimal combination of multiple carbohydrates to maximise performance. Elevator was developed following many research studies performed on amino acid content, timing and supply. Elevator combines 8 essential amino acids with a carbohydrate source to maximise delivery rate to muscle.
