This comprehensive formula has been developed specifically for Australians, with 20 key ingredients meeting 100% of the Australian recommended intake*. It’s scientifically balanced to help energy production, maintain immune health and normal mood, support healthy ageing and improve general wellbeing. Many of these ingredients work together to give synergistic effects. Key ingredients include B group vitamins, antioxidants, iron and vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency has become prevalent in Australia. Supplementation of vitamin D can assist calcium absorption and a healthy nervous and immune system.

Cautions

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700mcg R.E. for women and 900mcg R.E. for men. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional. Do not use if cap seals are missing or broken.

Directions for use
Recommended adult dosage: take one tablet daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. WARNING - When taken in excess of 3,000mcg retinol equivalents (R.E.) (10,000IU) Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
