Adults – Take 2 tablets, twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Children 7-12 years – Take 1 tablet, twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Children 2-7 years – Not recommended.

Cold & Flu Strike is a blend of herbs; Andrographis, Olive leaf and Elder flower and nutrients vitamin C, zinc and citrus bioflavonoids.

Andrographis has traditionally been used to support the immune system.

Andrographis may decrease the duration and severity of the symptoms associated with mild upper respiratory tract infections such as colds and flu’s including; nasal congestion and sore throat.

Andrographis contains the active constituent andrographolides.

Traditionally Olive leaf has been used as an antiseptic remedy, to support the immune system and to provide relief of fevers.

Olive leaf is a powerful antioxidant, with free radical scavenging properties.

Traditionally Elder flower has been used for the relief of symptoms associated with the common cold. It may assist in relief of fevers, nasal catarrh and sore throats.

Vitamin C and zinc are required for the healthy functioning of the immune system.

Vitamin C and zinc are antioxidants, they protect against free radical damage.

Vitamin C may help reduce the duration and severity of symptoms of colds.

Citrus bioflavonoids increase the bioavailability of vitamin C in the body.

Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten, lactose or artificial flavourings.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
