AROUSE is a powdered free form amino acid blend containing the dietary precursors used in the production of Creatine phosphate. L-Arginine, L-Methionine and Glycine are combined in this pre workout formula with Creatine Monohydrate. Power energy relies on the supply of Creatine phosphate (CP) to working muscles. CP regenerates Adenosine Di-Phosphate (ADP) back to Adenosine tri Phosphate (ATP) which is then used by the body to fuel anaerobic energy requirements. The diagram below indicates the phosphocreatine cycle and shows the breakdown of ATP to ADP and then the regeneration back to ATP with the use of Creatine phosphate.
