WHAT IS L ALANYL L GLUTAMINE
L Alanyl-L-Glutamine is a dipeptide of the two amino acids L- alanine and L-glutamine, L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine (Ala-Gln). Compared to L-glutamine (Gln),L Alanyl-L-Glutamine  improves viable cell growth, and increases cellular hydration preventing muscle break down after intense exercise.
