Acetyl L-Carnitine is a non-essential amino acid that helps the transfer of fatty acid groups into the mitochondrial membrane for cellular energy production. This amino is vital for anyone with a goal of fat loss as it will greatly enhance your fat burning potential and create that ripped lean physique you desire.
Whilst it naturally occurs in red meat and other animal source foods, we recommend supplementation to obtain optimal levels of this excellent amino acid for fat metabolism.
Directions for Use: As a dietary supplement, take 3g (1 level teaspoons) 1 to 2 times daily on an empty stomach. Best used 20 mins before any form of training/cardio.
